Navigating Between Each City Portal

It's common for Service Providers (Backflow Testers) to offer services across multiple cities and need to utilize the SwiftComply software for more than one city they test for.

While each city has their own unique URL for their SwiftComply portal, it's now easy for testers/users to quickly toggle between each city/organization.

  1. When logged into any city in SwiftComply, navigate to the upper left corner of the screen where you see the city/organization name.

  2. To the right of the name, click the grey Down Arrow. This will open a list of all of the cities/orgnizations that you're currently connected to.

Please Note: Testers/Users will need to register for each city individually. Please reach out to your city/organization directly for direction on how to register for their program.

  3. Click the city/organization that you'd like to sign into. You can submit tests and review your past history with that organization.

Pro Tip: Double check you're in the right city/organization before beginning a test report to ensure accurate data submission.

    • Due to data-sharing regulations, you will need to enroll in each city you plan on submitting tests for.

Handling Varying City Compliance Needs

Each city/organization may have different compliance settings and program requirements when it comes to repairing, replacing, or updating data in the SwiftComply software.

Please reach out to your city/organization directly for their advice on how to proceed.
