Access: Backflow City/Organization Users
Overview: The reporting section offers a range of pre-built reports that can be generated using the data in your SwiftComply system. Each report can be customized with various filters, including date range, device status (active or inactive), and compliance criteria, ensuring tailored insights based on the specific dataset.

Navigating to the Reporting Tab
To access the Reporting tab, log into SwiftComply Backflow and select Reporting from the main navigation panel on the left side of your screen.
Creating a Report
To get started, select a report from the drop-down menu. Once chosen, a table will automatically generate.
Setting up Your Report Table
The reporting section in SwiftComply Backflow functions like other sections. Click any column header to sort the information in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.
To customize the columns displayed in your table, click the small Gear Icon next to the search bar and select the columns you want to show.
Filtering a Created Report
To further refine your report, click the filter button (three lines forming a triangle next to the search bar). This will give you access to all available filters for that report. After applying your filters, click Save.
To reset your filters, click the filter button again and select Clear.
Downloading a Report
To export a generated report, click the gray downward arrow icon next to the search bar. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose from three export options: visible columns only, all standard and visible columns, or all columns. See below for a detailed breakdown of these options.
Once you've selected your preferred format, click Export to download the report as a CSV file.
Export Option Breakdown
When exporting to CSV, choose from these options:
Only Visible Columns
Includes only the columns configured to show in your table.
UUIDs are excluded.
All Standard + Visible Details Columns (Default Option)
Exports all standard columns.
Details columns you've selected as visible will appear in the CSV.
Details columns not selected remain excluded.
If no details columns exist for thetable, this option won't appear. Instead, the All Columns option will provide the same export functionality.

Location Reports
Report | Description | Uses |
Incomplete Locations List | A list of locations with missing information. | Use this report to find and update locations missing information such as assemblies, contacts, and more. |
Location Backflow Assembly List** | The specific location of Backflow Assemblies on profile. | Find assembly type, make, model, SN, and status here. |

Backflow Assemblies, Test reports, and Survey Reports

Backflow Assembly List* | List of all assemblies on profile. | Use this report to view all assemblies in your organization. Filter report for non-compliant assemblies that need testing. A recommended report for dashboards. |
Backflow Assembly Test Report List* | List of ALL test reports linked to assemblies. | Use this report to view ALL pending, accepted, and submitted reports in your organization. Filter this report to show specific report statuses. A recommended report for dashboards. |
Backflow Survey List | List of survey reports linked to locations. | Use this report to keep track of survey compliant status. Pass failed and in-progress surveys. |
Incomplete Assembly List** | List of assemblies that have never been linked to a location. | Use this report to view Assemblies that are missing fields in detail and unassigned to a location. |
Assembly Location History List | List of assemblies that have been moved to another location. | This report allows you to view the address history of removed assemblies as well as "Removed On Date". Service Provider Equipment list | Available assemblies within a service provider. | Use this to locate assemblies and test kits/calibrations within a specific service provider. |
Service Provider Test Kit Calibration List | A view of approved test kit calibrations with submitter name and reviewer name information. | Use this to track calibrations that have been approved and the requester and reviewer information. |
Service Provider Test Kit Pending Compliance List * | A view of all non-compliant or pending approval service provider user test kits. | Use this to locate expired test kits in an organization or locate test kits awaiting approval. |
Service Provider Users List | A list of service provider users and associated service provider companies. | Use this to get the service provider user's service provider and certification status. |
