Tester Detail → Certifications Tab
Within the tester detail flyout, you’ll now see a clearer picture of your certification requirements and how each tester's certifications.
Topics
Organization Certification Requirements Box
At the top of the Certifications tab:
A requirement summary shows exactly which certifications your organization expects
Each requirement displays the tester’s current status:
✅ Green checkmark: Certification is present and non-expired
❗ Red exclamation point: Certification is present but expired
― Horizontal line: Certification is not present
Below the requirements box is the list of certifications your organization has on file for that tester.
This allows you to quickly confirm whether a tester is fully qualified before reviewing or approving test reports.
Test Report Submission Rules
To ensure accuracy and compliance, certification expiration dates are fully enforced during test report submission.
Requirements for a valid submission
The tester of record must have:
A certification that meets your organization’s requirements
And that certification must be non-expired on the day the test was performed
(Not the day the tester or org user enters the report)
Important Notes
Testers with expired certifications may still appear selectable when entering a new test report
This is intentional
A certification that is expired today may have been valid on the test date, so the system allows selection before checking validity
The system validates certification status at the submission step
If the tester did not meet requirements on the test date, the test cannot be submitted
💡 Summary
These enhancements help your organization:
Confirm tester qualification at a glance
Maintain compliance with your required certifications
Ensure submitted test reports reflect valid, non-expired credentials at the time of testing
