1. Publishing Issues

If your report is stuck in a publishing loop, check for these common causes:

  • Low or no internet connectivity: Ensure your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection is stable.

  • Too many photos: Reports with more than 30 photos can cause heavy memory use and slow publishing. Try reducing the number of photos.

  • Too many active deficiencies: Reports with many deficiencies and photos can overload the system. Consider resolving some deficiencies or splitting your project into smaller sections.

2. Downloading Issues

If your report publishes but does not download:
