Navigating CloudCompli: Programs, Sites, and Key Features

1. How to Use CloudCompli

CloudCompli is your centralized platform for stormwater inspection management. You can:

  • Create and manage inspection reports for site projects

  • Track and resolve deficiencies

  • Collaborate with users and assign responsibilities

  • Analyze data using built-in analytics

  • Send email reports and weather alerts


2. Programs

Programs are the top-level category for organizing your site projects.

  • Each Program type (e.g., Construction, Industrial) groups related sites

  • Enables permit-specific workflows, forms, and reporting

  • Reach out to the SwiftComply Support Team to enable new Program types


3. Sites

Sites are individual projects within a Program. A Construction Program, for example, will contain only construction-related sites.

For each site, you can manage:

  • Inspections

  • Sampling

  • REAPs (Rain Event Action Plans)

  • Training logs

  • File storage

  • Constituent monitoring

  • Custom reports

  • NOAA-powered weather data


4. Site Tags and Status

Site Tags
Tags help organize and classify your sites.

  • Add tags via: Settings > App Settings > Site Tags

  • Search and filter sites more easily using tags

  • Assign specific tags to restricted users for controlled access

Example: For a site like "City of Los Angeles," tags such as East LA and South LA can break it into manageable sections.

Site Status
Label your sites by current status such as:

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Pending

Modify statuses via: Settings > App Settings > Site Statuses.


5. Inspections

Create, track, and manage digital inspection forms across all site types. Inspection categories include:

  • Rain Events

  • Best Management Practices (BMPs)

  • Training Logs

  • More

Features include:

  • Pre-filled, automated forms

  • Real-time deficiency tracking

  • Report assignment via email

  • Integration with analytics tools

CloudCompli offers:

6. Exporting Reports

You can download inspection reports directly from a project site as PDF files.

8. Emails

CloudCompli supports several email-based communications:

  • Sending Reports: Share reports that allow recipients to view and resolve deficiencies

  • Weather Alerts: Receive rain alerts based on NOAA forecasts

  • Site Notifications: Get updates on missing or upcoming reports, past-due deficiencies, and precipitation events

  • User Invitations: New users automatically receive login credential setup instructions


9. Notifications

10. Assigning & Scheduling

  • View rain events from your main dashboard

  • Access forecasts on each site’s Weather tab
