GCD Compliance

GCD pump out compliance is determined by the listed pump out frequency for that specific grease control device.

This status will update automatically based on the pump outs entered for that device.

Searching by GCD Compliance

Grease control device compliance can be searched for by navigating to the 'Grease control devices' tab.

Once viewing the list of GCDs, click the funnel icon to open the filter menu, and the Compliance field will allow you to select from the list of compliance categories for GCDs. Select the category you would like to search by.

More than one compliance category can be chosen at a time.

Remember to hit Apply when you're ready to search.

GCD Condition

GCD condition is set by city users, and is entirely optional. This field is designed so the city can quickly view the condition of a grease control device.

Note: GCD condition is customizable in settings - check out the knowledge base article Organization Defaults for help with this.

Adjust the condition of a device by navigating to that device, and selecting Actions > Edit.

Navigate to the Condition dropdown, and select a condition from the list.

Searching by GCD Condition

To search by GCD condition, select the Condition box to view the options of available conditions, and select the option(s) you would like to filter by.

More than one condition can be selected at the same time.

Remember to hit Apply to perform your search.
