Navigating to Grease Control Device Settings
If you're an admin user, at the upper right hand corner of your page, you'll see a white Gear Icon. This icon will take you into the "back end" of SwiftComply FOG which allows you to review and edit current settings and templates within your program.
Note: When you're inside of the settings panel, the white gear will turn green.
Once inside the Settings panel, navigate to the GCDs tab in the grey menu on the left side of your screen.
Grease Control Device Categories
GCD Categories are the classifications used to categorize grease control devices (GCDs) within SwiftComply FOG.
To access these settings, within the GCDs tab of your program settings, click in the Categories tab at the top of the screen.
To create a category, click on the green Create GCD category button. Enter the name of the GCD category you'd like to add, and click Save.
To edit or delete a GCD category, click on the blue category name, edit and Save, or select Delete.

Grease Control Device Condition
The GCD conditions are the statuses used to categorize grease control device (GCD) compliance.
To access these settings, navigate to the Condition tab at the top of the GCD Categories section of the settings.
To create a condition, click on the green Create GCD condition button. Assign a name for the compliance rating (required), and choose a color code.
Click Save once finished.
When adding a new GCD on the "front end" of SwiftComply FOG, conditions can be selected from the dropdown menu in the 'Add GCD' form. The color you chose in the settings will represent the GCD condition.
To edit or delete a GCD category, click on the blue category name, edit and Save, or select Delete.
