Navigating to the Dashboard
When logged into SwiftComply, you can find the Dashboard tab located in the Main Navigation Panel located at the left side of your screen.
If you're using a mobile device, the main panel will be within a hamburger menu at the top left of your screen.
FOG Program Overview
The top section of the dashboard displays a current snapshot of your SwiftComply FOG program.
In this section, you will be able to see a quick view of:
Open Establishments Counter: The quantity of current open establishments in your program. Note: Any establishments listed as "closed" in SwiftComply, will not be counted in this.
Contacts: The quantity of contacts associated with your establishments.
Grease Control Devices: The quantity of active Grease Control devices in your program
GCD Adoption: The current percentage of Establishments that have GCDs within your program.
Open Establishments Pie Chart: This is a visual breakdown of the different types of establishments currently in your program. You can hover over each section of the chart to see the quantity of establishments listed as each type.
Grease Control Devices Pie Chart: This is a visual breakdown of the different types GCDs currently in your program. You can hover over each section of the chart to see the quantity of GCDs listed as each type.
Equipment Pie Chart: If you're tracking equipment in your program, this is a visual breakdown of the different types of equipment currently in your program. You can hover over each section of the chart to see the quantity of FSEs that have at least 1 of those equipment types listed.
Additionally, you can adjust your view by clicking the three-stacked line ‘hamburger’ icon next to the Open Establishments, Contacts, and Grease Control Device counters. When clicked, a drop down appears with tagged groups within the cooresponding record, if any exist. You may click into the drop downs and navigate directly to the tag list.
Pump Outs and Inspections Overview
The middle portion of the dashboard focuses on pump outs and inspections.
Utilizing any given date range, you can view:
From/To: This is where you enter your starting date and your ending date of the date range you'd like to review. By default, this range ends with today's date and starts six months in the past.
FOG Pumpouts: Total number of pumpouts completed within the given date range.
Gallons FOG: The number of gallons of FOG pumped out within the given date range. This metric utilizes the data within the submitted manifests.
Inspections: Total number of inspections completed within the given date range.
Notes: The number of notes created within the establishment record within the given date range.
Inspections Types Pie Chart: This is a visual breakdown of the different types of inspections completed as well as the quantity completed within the given date range.
Inspection Compliance Pie Chart: This is a visual breakdown of compliance statuses of the inspections that have been completed as well as the quantity of those statuses within the given date range.
Note Types Pie Chart: This is a visual breakdown of the types of notes and the quantity of each type that have been saved within the given date range.
Compliance History
The last part of the dashboard shows a visual representation of your program's compliance history as well as a list of recent non-compliant establishments.
You can adjust the data shown in the graph by utilizing the same date range "From/To" as you did in the section above. Additionally, you can utilize the dropdown at the upper right of the chart to adjust the graph to show a Monthly, Weekly, or Daily overview of the data.
The color key above the graph will explain what each section of the graph is showing, but the data includes:
No Pump Outs: GCDs with No Pumpouts Listed
Compliant: GCDs noted as "Compliant" within the program.
Overdue: GCDs Overdue for service (within 14 days past their next pump out date).
Non Compliant: GCDs currently listed as "Non Compliant" (these have passed being 14 days late).
No Devices: Establishments that currently don't have any devices (GCDs) listed on record.
Below the graph, you will see a list of recent non-compliant establishments. This list will let you click the establishment and it will take you right to the corresponding record where you can review the information for the FSE.
