Adding a Pump Out
There are two ways to add a pump out to your database. Pump outs may be added under the ‘Pump Outs’ tab or from an establishment's profile.
From the 'Pump Outs' tab, click the green Add pump out button and complete at least all required fields, then click Save.
Pump outs can also be added from an establishment's profile. On the top navigation bar within the establishment profile page, click the ‘New pump out’ tab. Complete the pump out form details and click the green Save button.
When adding pump outs, the form requires you to select a grease control device from the establishment's listed grease control devices (GCDs). If there is only one GCD on the establishment's profile, this will be selected automatically. If there are multiple GCDs on the account, you'll need to select which GCD you're reporting for before adding the pump out. The dropdown list of GCDs will display the type and capacity of each GCD. A pump out needs to be added for each GCD on the account.
For establishments with no listed GCD, you can create a GCD until you are able to review and verify the device. Click the blue text Create a new one underneath the field to create a new GCD. The system will then default to that GCD when entering a pump out.
Editing or Deleting a Pump Out
Pump outs can be edited or deleted either from within the 'Pump Outs' tab or from an establishment's feed.
In the 'Pump outs' tab, search for the pump out you'd like to edit or delete, and click on the blue establishment name. This will open the pump out form for you to edit, or scroll down and click the Delete button to delete the pump out. You'll be prompted to make sure you want to delete the pump out.
From an establishment's feed, click the 'Pump outs' tab and click the blue underlined pump out. This will open the pump out form for you to edit, or scroll down and click the Delete button to delete the pump out. You'll be prompted to make sure you want to delete the pump out.
Sorting Pump Outs
You can sort pump outs in the 'Pump outs' tab alphabetically or by date by clicking on one of the blue columns, which include:
