How to Change your Password While Logged Into SwiftComply

Changing Your Password

  1. While logged into SwiftComply, navigate to the upper right hand corner of your screen and click the Grey Down Arrow. This will open a drop-down menu.

  2. Click Profile from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your User Profile.

  3. Scroll down a little to the fields that say Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password and fill them out accordingly.

    Please Note, for security, your password must have the following:

    • At least 8 characters in length

    • Cannot be based on a dictionary word

    • Has not appeared in public lists of compromised passwords (Click here to check yours)

  4. Click the green Save button. Your new password will now be set and you'll need to use this new password going forward.

    Pro Tip: If your browser settings save your passwords, make sure it's also updated to the new password.
