If you're unable to log into SwiftComply, please follow the following steps -

1. Reset Your Password

It's possible that you're entering the wrong password, or your browser's auto-populate function isn't putting in the correct information.

To ensure you're entering in the correct information, please reset your password following the steps below -

  1. Click, Forgot your Password? below the login button.

  2. Once clicked, enter your email address and select Request Password Reset. A link will be sent to your email account allowing you to create a password for your account.

**Note - you may need to check your SPAM folder.

***Note - The password link will expire after 1 hour. If your link expired, you'll need to repeat the steps above and get a new link.

  3. Check your email inbox for an email with the subject line "SwiftComply Password Reset Request".

  4. Open the email and click the link that says "Password Reset"

Enter the password you'd like to use, following the rules below, in each field and click "Reset Password"

    **Password Rules:

-At least 8 characters in length

    - Not be based on a dictionary word

    - Has not appeared in public lists of compromised passwords (Click here to check)

  5. Try logging in again and see if its successful. If not, please clear your browser cache and cookies.

2. Clear your Cookies/Cache in your Web Browser

Web browsers save a lot of data and sometimes they need to be refreshed in order to work well with SwiftComply.

  1. Open up your web browser, access it's settings and clear the cached data. Each web browser has a little bit of a different workflow so select which browser you use to get the correct instructions:

  2. Once you've cleared your cache, close down your browser completely.

  3. Reopen your browser, and go to the SwiftComply portal

  4. Try logging in again. If still unsuccessful, reach out to the SwiftComply support team at support@swiftcomply.com.
