Overview

SwiftComply isn't an app-based software, but you can add an icon shortcut to your mobile device's home screen for quick, easy access to the portal. Once added, it looks and behaves much like an app — one tap takes you straight to SwiftComply. This article walks through creating that shortcut on both Apple and Android devices.

📝 You'll need an internet connection to access SwiftComply through the home screen icon.

Adding SwiftComply to Your Apple Device (iPhone/iPad)

💡 Use Safari for these steps — the Add to Home Screen option only appears in Safari.

  1. Open Safari and log into your SwiftComply portal.

  2. Tap the Share icon — a square with an arrow pointing up — in the toolbar (along the bottom of the screen on iPhone, or top-right on iPad).

  3. Scroll down the share menu and tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

A SwiftComply icon now sits on your home screen. Tap it to jump straight to the portal.

Adding SwiftComply to Your Android Device

💡 Use Chrome for these steps.

  1. Open Chrome and log into your SwiftComply portal.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Add to Home screen (on some devices this reads Install app).

  4. Tap Add, then confirm with Add again if you're prompted.

A SwiftComply icon now sits on your home screen. Tap it to jump straight to the portal.

Mobile Tips

Turn On Auto-Rotate for More Screen Space

Depending on your browser settings, rotating your screen 90 degrees can give you more room to read. Adjust your phone settings to enable rotation:

Use Safari for the Best Experience

SwiftComply is optimized for most mobile browsers, but Safari offers the most customization on Apple devices:

  • Hide the toolbar for a fuller screen. Tap the AA button in the top-left corner of Safari to open browser settings, then choose the hide-toolbar option to free up screen space.

  • Zoom in or out to fit the screen. If the screen looks magnified or cut off, tap the AA button and use the large A / small A options to adjust zoom until the full screen fits.

FAQ

Q: Is there a SwiftComply app I can download from the App Store or Google Play?

A: No — SwiftComply is web-based, so there's nothing to download. Adding it to your home screen gives you the same one-tap convenience as an app.

Q: I don't see "Add to Home Screen." What's wrong?

A: You're most likely using a different browser. On an iPhone or iPad the option only appears in Safari; on Android, use Chrome. Open the portal in the right browser and try again.

Q: Do I have to log in every time I open the icon?

A: The icon opens SwiftComply in your browser, so you'll stay signed in as long as your browser session is active and log in again once it expires — exactly the same as visiting the site normally.
