Before you can start submitting compliance reports for your customers, you need to request to report for them. See the article below for help with sending a compliance request for the first time:
Once your request to report compliance for this establishment has been sent, you're able to view its status under the 'Pump out' box:
If the request has the status of 'Requested', it is pending approval. Once approved, you'll receive an email and can begin reporting manifests for that customer. The status will then change to 'Granted'.
If you need to cancel a pending compliance request for any reason, click the 'X' symbol. You'll be prompted to confirm this action.
You can then make any changes to the establishment or equipment as needed, and send the request again. You can also change the regulator when sending the request, in case you chose the incorrect one previously.
