Viewing & Updating Customer Compliance

On the 'Compliance' tab in the main navigation bar, you are able to view the compliance status of your customers.

To view an establishment's compliance in more detail, hover over the establishment box and click See compliance.

This will take you to the customer's profile, where you can edit their information, view the reporting history and submit a report.

Submitting a Report

To submit a report, on the right hand side under 'Compliance Reporting', click Submit report.

Note: You need to request compliance reporting for each customer and this needs to have been approved by us before you can start reporting manifests. See the last section in the article below for help with this:

You'll be prompted to complete a form with details about the service. If a customer has multiple grease traps, you'll need to choose which trap was pumped and submit a report for each service. Once you've completed the form, click Save & Send.

Viewing Reports

To view compliance history, click Reporting History.

You'll be able to view a list of compliance reports submitted for that customer.

You can sort these reports by 'Last updated' or 'Last created' by clicking 'Sort by' in the top right corner.

You can also filter reports by 'Compliance type' - which refers to the type of service i.e. 'Pump out', 'Yellow grease', 'All', or 'Other' - 'Status' - which refers to the status of the report i.e. 'Sent', 'Created', or 'All' - and 'Payment Status'.

To view a sent compliance report, hover over the box and click View. This will show you the details of the report.
