On the 'Compliance' tab in the main navigation bar, you are able to view the compliance status of your customers. This article explains how to navigate the list.

Compliance Statuses
Customers are labelled with the following compliance statuses:
Not reporting | Compliance is not being reported for that establishment. |
Never pumped | No pump outs are associated with that establishment. |
Compliant | A pump out has been entered within the date range defined by the service frequency. |
Overdue | Pump out is overdue by 1-13 days based on the service frequency. |
Non compliant | Pump out is overdue by 14 or more days based on the frequency set. |
Filtering
To filter compliance records by 'Status' or 'Location', use the 'Filter by' section in the top left corner.
Filtering by 'Status' will generate a dropdown menu, where you can choose what compliance status you'd like to filter by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.
Filtering by 'Location' will allow you to choose a specific location. You can scroll through the menu or type in the desired location and select it from the menu.
Searching
To search for specific establishments, or by address or zipcode, click the magnifying glass in the top right and input the desired search item. Hit the enter key on your keyboard to apply the search filter.
Sorting
To sort customers by 'Last updated', 'Last pumped' or 'Next pump out', click 'Sort by' to generate a dropdown menu.
