Organization Defaults

Overview: A look at the organization defaults for your system, including basic settings, establishment and equipment types, and grease control device categories.

Organization Settings

Admin users may adjust the default settings for the organization.

To access these settings, click the cog icon in the top right corner to access Settings. Make sure you're in the Organization section from the menu on the left, and you're in the 'Settings' tab.

On the next page you’ll see all of the default settings for your organization.

This is standard information about your organization, such as name, and address. At the bottom of this form you have the opportunity to add a personalized logo.

Just make sure to click Save once you've made any necessary changes.

Online Profiles

This tab controls what establishments will see in their business profile.

To access these settings, click the cog icon in the top right corner to access Settings. Make sure you're in Organization from the menu on the left, and select the 'Online profiles' tab.

Check or uncheck items to display. Business profiles can be fully disabled by de-selecting ‘Enable establishment on-line profile’.

The 'Contact Email' displayed here will send all messages within the system. This can be a SwiftComply address or a city email address.

Click Save once you've made any necessary changes.

Equipment Types

Equipment types are tied to establishments and may also be linked to grease control devices. They display on a dashboard graph as well.

To access these settings, click the cog icon in the top right corner to access Settings. Make sure you're in Organization from the menu on the left, and select the 'Equipment types' tab.

To create an equipment type, click on the green Create equipment type button. Enter the name of the equipment type and click Save.

To edit or delete an equipment type, click on the blue name, edit and Save, or select Delete.
