Adding Equipment

Kitchen equipment, sinks, and drains should be added to an establishment's profile by selecting the ‘Equipment’ section on the left side of the profile, and clicking Add equipment.

A form will open to complete new equipment details including: type, quantity, and whether or not it is connected to a GCD.

If the answer is ‘Yes’ to ‘Connected to GCD?’, a field to link a grease trap already on the establishment's profile will appear. Select the GCD and click Save.

The added equipment will then be listed in the ‘Equipment’ section of the establishment details page. The status colors beside each piece of equipment indicate the GCDs status for that piece of equipment:

  • Red: no grease trap

  • Yellow: not known if grease trap required

  • Grey: no grease trap required

  • Green: grease trap linked

Editing or Deleting Equipment

Within the 'Equipment' section of an establishment's profile, select the pencil icon to edit the equipment, or the trash can to delete.
