We have a variety of notifications to keep you up to speed on the important details that need immediate attention. Below is a list of review notifications we currently offer. Click on a specific notification to learn more:

Assemblies to Review: NEW assemblies added by Service Providers pending acceptance.

Locations to Review: Review NEW backflow assembly locations pending acceptance.

Test Reports/Surveys to Review: Accept, Deny, or reset newly submitted test reports.

Service Providers Users to Review: Approve new SPUs for test submission.

Service Providers Users to RE-Review: Approve current SPUs who have updated their certification.

Test Kit Calibrations to Review: View newly added test kit calibration pending acceptance.

Viewing Submitters and Reviewers: Get more oversight on your reports and compliance approvals.

Assemblies to Review:

This notification shows new assemblies added by a Service provider awaiting approval. To clear this notification, first, select the assembly from the list. After reviewing the assembly information for accuracy you may click the green "Accept Assembly" button at the bottom of the menu to add the assembly to the organization.

New devices should always be reviewed to ensure there are no duplicates added to your system. First, click on the pencil icon on the top right as shown below. Next click on the Check Duplicates icon. This will check for duplicate devices in the system. If there is a duplicate you can click the pencil icon and hit delete the device by using the trash icon on the bottom right to clear the notification.

Locations to Review:

This notification shows pending assembly locations that have been added by the Service provider and are awaiting approval. To clear this notification you can click the green"Accept Location" button to add the location to the organization profile.

Test Reports/Surveys to Review:

This notification displays submitted test reports from service providers. To clear this notification you can select from the three options below.

Accepting Report/Survey: This action confirms the test report as compliant with city standards and regulations. No notifications will be sent with this action.

Reject Report/Survey: This action rejects the entire test report. You may use this option for fraudulent reports or duplicate reports. This action sends a notification to the tester that the report has been rejected.

Send Back Report/Survey: This action sends the report back to the service provider for additional information for re-submission. You may choose this option to send back reports for more clarity or information. This action sends a notification to the tester that the report has been sent back for review.

Tips: You can download the selected test report by clicking the "Download Report" to get more details of the tester and review submitted values.

Service Providers Users (SPU) to Review:

This notification will alert you of Service Provider Users(SPU) statuses that require approval. When an SPU is onboarded, they are placed in "Pending" status until they are "approved" to submit test reports.

This additional feature was added to prevent expired certification or unauthorized users from submitting test reports. To clear this notification visit or knowledge base article on approving service providers users here.

Service Providers Users (SPU) to Re-Review:

This notification will notify you of SPU's who have updated their certifications.SPU's are required to log in and change update their backflow certifications to meet compliance. Expired certifications will prevent an SPU from submitting future test reports. Certifications can be updated in user profile settings. Once updated they will appear on Service Providers Users (SPU) to Re-Review for another approval.

Tips: A service provider user can only update their OWN certification.

Test Kit Calibrations to Review:

This notification will notify you of test kits added by service providers and are pending approval. As an Org user, you may accept or reject a test kit if it is expired or needs re-calibrations. To clear this. notification, visit the calibrations page, and click on the magnifying glass icon to see the calibration document. After reviewing the document you can "Accept" or "Reject" test kit calibrations.

Viewing Submitters and Reviewers:

Our latest feature comes with new table options for more oversight: Submitter's Name & Email and Reviewer's Name & Email.

** These table views are only available for Test Reports and Test kit calibrations.

Submitter Name- Identifies the user who submitted the test report or calibration.

Submitter Email- Identifies the email of the user who submitted the test report or calibration.

Submitter Phone- Displays the contact information(if listed) of the user who submitted the report or calibration.

Reviewer Name- Identifies the org user who approved of test kit calibration or test report.

Reviewer Email- Identifies the email of the org user who made approval.
