The reporting section houses multiple ready-to-generate reports based on the data housed within your SwiftComply system. Any report can be adjusted based on a variety of filters available based on each specific reports data set such as a date range, active or inactive devices, and compliance.

The reporting section navigation works like every section in SwiftComply backflow. Click on any of the column headers to organize the information alphabetically or reverse alphabetically.

If you want to change the columns that are showing in your table use the small gear icon to the right of the search bar and select the columns you would like to appear.

To begin first select a report from the options available in the drop-down menu. Once you have picked a report a table will generate.

If you wish to refine the report further, select the filter button (Three lines making a triangle to the right of the search bar). From there you will have access to any of the filters available in that report. Once you have inputed your filters select save.

Any report that has been generated can be exported by selecting the grey downward arrow icon to the right of the search bar. The report will automatically export as a CSV file.
