Location Reports

Incomplete Locations List

A list of locations with missing information.

Use this report to find and update locations missing information such as assemblies, contacts, and more.

Location Backflow Assembly List**

The specific location of Backflow Assemblies on profile.

Find assembly type, make, model, SN, and status here.

Locations List

List of locations on profile. Similar to the Location tab.

Use this report to find general information of service provider's address, contact, device count, account number, and more.

Backflow Assemblies, Test reports, and Survey Reports

Backflow Assembly List*

List of all assemblies on profile.

Use this report to view all assemblies in your organization. Filter report for non-compliant assemblies that need testing. A recommended report for dashboards.

Backflow Assembly Test Report List*

List of ALL test reports linked to assemblies.

Use this report to view ALL pending, accepted, and submitted reports in your organization. Filter this report to show specific report statuses. A recommended report for dashboards.

Backflow Survey List

List of survey reports linked to locations.

Use this report to keep track of survey compliant status. Pass failed and in-progress surveys.

Incomplete Assembly List**

List of assemblies that have never been linked to a location.

Use this report to view Assemblies that are missing fields in detail and unassigned to a location.

Assembly Location History List

List of assemblies that have been moved to another location.

This report allows you to view the address history of removed assemblies as well as "Removed On Date". If an assembly has moved locations the report will list out each location address on a separate line.

Contacts are a great way to keep a record of third-party members( Property manager, owner, etc) and send updates via email/mail.

List of contacts by location

Use this to find contacts by specific location.

Users List

A list of authorized organization users.

Use this to see active login users in the organization.

Communication with Errors

A list of notices that failed to send.

Use to see communications that are no longer generating.

Communication Unsent

A list of notices waiting to be sent.

Use to see a list of communication before sending.

Communication List

A list of notice templates

use this to view a list of all of your current comm templates.

Communication Types

A list of types of communication has already been created.

Contains all already made communication types.
