Filtering/Accepting/Rejecting Test Reports

The “Test Report” tab has a list of all the test reports housed in your system. The test report table can be organized alphabetically or numerically by clicking on any of the section titles.

To edit the sections visible in your test report table, click the small gear to the right of the search bar, and select the values you would like listed in your table.



The search bar for test reports searches serial numbers by default, however, you can refine your search by clicking the gray arrow in the search bar. This will open a series of searchable boxes. Multiple values can be searched for at the same time within these boxes.

Filtering Test Reports by Date Submitted:

The Filters option next to the search bar allows you to filter the list of test reports by the date they were submitted. Choose the calendar icon on either Reported On After or Reported On Before to pick a date or create a date range by entering dates in both fields.

Select save to enter the search.

The Filters dropdown will show you how many filters are active, and you can remove any active filters by selecting the small red x.

Exporting Test Report Information:

Any list of test reports that has been generated can be exported by selecting the downward arrow button to the right of the screen. Just generate the list you would like to export, select the button, and the information will download automatically as a CSV file.

Viewing Discrepecy Table:

A discrepancy table will appear if a service provider changes any information on the first page of your test report related to assembly or location information. Our discrepancy table is a tool available to you to see what has been changed by service provider users compared to the expected value in your database.

You can view test reports with discrepancies by using the table options (gear icon) and filtering your test reports table to view discrepancies in each submitted test report.

* Note: No required action from this table. This table is also available to service provider users.

Viewing/Accepting/Rejecting Submitted report:

To view, the at-a-glance details of a test report navigate to the “Test Reports” tab from your Dashboard and select the Test Report you wish to view.

The test reports Status, Compliance, Assembly Type, Make and Model will appear in a pop-up window.

If the Test Report status is In Progress there will be the option to continue filling out the report at the bottom of the Test Report details.

If the Test Report status is Submitted you have the option to View Report, Download Report, Accept Report, Reject Report or Send Back Report.


-Viewing the report will take you to view the Test Report in a new window. You have the option to close the report and submit it for acceptance from this page.

-Downloading the report will open the report in a new window and you can download it any form you choose.

-Accepting the report finalizes the report for that location. An accepted report can be viewed or downloaded.

-Rejecting the Report will mark the status of the report as Rejected. The report can then be viewed or downloaded.

-Sending back the report will change the report status to In Progress, and the report will remain open so it can continue to be filled out.

Viewing a Test Reports Compliance Issues:

To view a test report compliance issues first navigate to the”Test Reports” tab from your dashboard. Select the Test Report you wish to view and its details will appear in a pop-up window.

Click the “Compliance Issues” tab to view a list of compliance issues, if there are any they will appear in a table in this section.

View the Files attached to a Test Report:

To view the files attached to a test report select the report from the table that you would like to view, that report details will appear in a pop-up window. Select the Files tab to view the files that were attached to the report. Click the name of the report to view the file.

Add/Edit a Test Report Form:

Currently, test report forms must be edited and changed through SwiftComply. Please contact your SwiftComply representative to make changes to the test report form.
