View a Service Provider’s Test Kits:
To view the test kits associated with a service provider first navigate to the Service Provider’s tab from the Dashboard. Select the Service Provider you want to view, and their details will appear in a pop-up window.
Select the “Test Kits” tab from the Service Provider’s window, and any test kits associated with that service provider will be listed in this section.
Click on a test kit to see that test kit’s details appear in a new window.
Add a Test Kit to a Service Provider:
To add a test kit to a service provider first navigate to the Service Provider’s tab from the Dashboard. Select the Service Provider you want to view, and their details will appear in a pop-up window.
Select the “Test Kits” tab from the Service Provider’s window, and any test kits associated with that service provider will be listed in this section. Scroll down and select the “Add Test Kit” button.
A blank Test Kit form will appear in a separate window, fill out the required fields and select “Save”
Edit or Delete a Test Kit From a Service Provider:
To Edit or Delete a Test-Kit from a Service Provider click the “Service Provider” tab from the Dashboard and select the Service Provider you wish to edit
That Service Provider’s details will appear in a pop-up window, select the “Test Kits” tab from the details window to view all of the test kits associated with this provider.
Select the test kit you want to edit or delete and that test kits details will appear in a new window. Click the small green pencil icon in the upper right hand corner to enable editing.
If editing the test kit, make your edits and select “Save” when finished. If deleting the test kit scroll to the bottom, and select the red trash can icon. You will be asked to confirm.
View or Add a calibration to a Test Kit:
To view the calibrations associated with a test kit first select the test kit that you would like to view. The test kits details will appear in a new window. Once viewing that window select the Calibrations tab. All calibrations associated with that test kit will appear in this area.
Select the icon with the magnifying glass to view any images of the calibrations included in the digital calibration.
To add a calibration to a test kit simply follow the steps listed above, and select the green Add Calibration button from the calibrations menu.
Fill out the required calibration and test dates, and include any files by either clicking or dragging and dropping files into the Choose File button.
When finished click Save.
