Sometimes, Location information can change, be it the Location itself, an assembly associated with it, or the contact record(s).

SwiftComply has a 'Rebuild Notice Info' Feature, available from most unsent Communications.

Note: this feature is not available for Ad Hoc communications.

To use this Feature, open up an Unsent Communication record.

At the bottom of the Communication record, or the 'Log Contact' record, there is a button labeled "Rebuild Info." Selecting this button will update the Communication with any and all updated Contact details.

On this same section, there is a button labeled "Go to Communication Log."

Selecting this will open up the Communication Log for the Communication selected.

Clicking the 'Rebuild Info' button at the bottom of this section will update the Communication to include any updated or changed Location, Assembly or Contact details.
