Overview
SwiftWorks is the platform service providers use to manage their customers, schedule pump outs, and submit compliance reports (manifests) to the cities that regulate them. If you pump grease traps or service food service establishments, SwiftWorks is where you keep track of your customers, your work, and the records you owe to each city's FOG program.
What SwiftWorks helps you do
Maintain a customer list -- add the food service establishments you service and keep their contact info, locations, and equipment in one place.
Connect to city FOG programs -- when you add a customer in a city that runs FOG with SwiftComply, your account is automatically linked to that city's program once the city approves your connection request.
Submit compliance reports -- send pump out manifests directly to each city. The fields on the report come from each city's program, so you fill out exactly what they need without printing or emailing.
Manage your team -- invite staff at your company, give them their own SwiftWorks login, and remove them when they leave.
How SwiftWorks fits with city FOG programs
Cities that use SwiftComply FOG run the same compliance program your customers are subject to. SwiftWorks is the bridge: when you submit a pump out report through SwiftWorks, that report flows directly into the city's FOG program -- no fax, no mailing, no rekeying. The city sees your report alongside everything else they're tracking.
If you're a hauler in a city that doesn't currently use SwiftComply FOG, you can still use SwiftWorks to manage your customers, you just won't have a regulator to submit compliance reports to until that city joins.
FAQ
Do I need an invitation to use SwiftWorks?
No. You can sign up directly at the SwiftWorks site. Once you have an account you can start adding customers immediately.
Is SwiftWorks free?
There is a free tier with basic features. Some features (such as larger team sizes or premium billing options) require a paid subscription. You can upgrade from inside SwiftWorks at any time.
Does SwiftWorks replace my city's existing reporting process?
Only if your city uses SwiftComply FOG. If they do, SwiftWorks is the official channel for submitting your pump out manifests. If they don't, follow whatever process the city requires for that jurisdiction.
