Overview
Service Providers who work across multiple cities or utilities can access each organization's SwiftComply environment separately. Each organization maintains its own data, settings, and requirements. This article explains how to switch between organizations, what varies between them, and how certifications and test kits are managed across multiple environments.
How Multiple Organizations Work
Each city or utility that uses SwiftComply operates its own independent environment. This means:
Assembly, location, and test report data is separate per organization.
Compliance rules, form configurations, and notification settings are configured independently by each organization.
Your account may be associated with multiple organizations, but each one manages its own tester records and approval processes.
Connecting to Additional Organizations
Since every city handles tester registration a little differently, we're here to help. Email us at help@swiftcomply.com with the city you need to register with, and we'll follow up with everything you need to get started.
Switching Between Organizations
When you log in from the main SwiftComply login page and your account is linked to more than one organization, SwiftComply asks you to select your organization. If you've set a Default Organization in your profile, you go straight to it instead. If you log in from an organization's own login page, you go straight into that organization.
Select the organization you want to work in.
To switch during a session, click the organization name at the top of the page and pick another organization.
Certifications Across Organizations
Each organization manages its own tester records and certification requirements.
Add your certification once, on the MY CERTIFICATIONS tab of your profile. When you save, SwiftComply lists the organizations it will be sent to, which are the ones that accept that certifying agency and allow updates from service providers. If an organization isn't on that list, contact that organization to get your certification on file.
Certification expiration dates and renewal requirements are tracked per organization.
Test Kits and Calibrations
Your test kits and their calibrations are kept separately in each organization, so you add your test kits and calibration documents in each organization you test for.
Each organization handles calibration approval on its own.
Test Reports
Each organization configures its own test report form based on local regulatory requirements.
The fields, required information, and submission rules may differ between organizations.
Review the form requirements for each organization before submitting test reports.

Payment Settings
Payment requirements and settings vary by organization.
Some organizations may require payment for test report submissions, while others do not.
Payment methods and billing configurations are managed within each organization's environment.
Check each organization's payment requirements to avoid submission delays.

Q: Do I need separate login credentials for each organization?
A: No. Once youâve been registered to a city, your SwiftComply account can be linked to multiple organizations. You use the same login credentials and switch between organizations as needed.
Q: Will my test reports from one city appear in another city's system?
A: No. Test reports are specific to the organization where they are submitted. Each city or utility maintains completely separate data.
Q: Do I need to upload my certification for each organization?
A: Usually not. A certification you add on the MY CERTIFICATIONS tab is sent to every organization that accepts that certifying agency and allows updates from service providers. For any other organization, contact that organization to get your certification on file.
Q: Can I view all my organizations at once?
A: No. You work in one organization at a time. To switch, click the organization name at the top of the page.
