đ ď¸ How to Request a FOG Connection
- Log in to SwiftWorks - Head to your Customer List in the SwiftWorks navigation panel. 
- Click âAdd Customerâ - Enter the customerâs establishment name and address. 
- Add Device Information - Provide any known details about all of the devices youâll be servicing (e.g., type, frequency). This helps the city match the request with their system. 
- Select the Water Authority - Choose which city or water authority youâd like to send pumpouts to for this establishment. 
- Verify Information Make sure the address and information that populated are all correct 
- Submit the Request - Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by the city in their FOG platform. 
Checking Your Request Status
After you submit a request, youâll see a status next to each customer in your SwiftWorks list:
- đ Pending â City is reviewing. You canât submit pumpouts yet. 
- â Reporting â Approved. You can start submitting pumpouts. 
- â Rejected / Needs Info â City declined or needs more details before approval. 
You can check status anytime in your Customer List.
đ§ Tips for a Smooth Approval
- Be as accurate and complete as possible when entering establishment and device info. 
- Double-check that you're selecting the correct water authority. 
- If a request is taking longer than expected, reach out to the city directly for updates.
