Global Contacts

The Global Contacts feature in SwiftComply Stormwater allows you to manage a centralized contact list that can be shared across.

Accessing Global Contacts

  1. From your dashboard, click the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the top-right corner.

  2. In the User Settings section, select Global Contacts.

Managing Global Contacts

On the Global Contacts page, you can:

  1. Create a Contact

    • Click Create Contact to add a new person.

    • Fill in details such as name, email, phone, and address.

  2. Download Contacts

    • Export the entire contact list into a .csv or .xlsx file for offline use.

  3. Upload Contacts

    • Add multiple contacts at once via file upload.

  4. Edit or Delete Contacts

    • Use the Actions column to update or remove individual contacts.

  5. Sort & View

    • Sort the list by name, email, phone, or address by clicking the column headers.

Best Practices

  • Keep your contact list updated to ensure reports and notifications reach the right people.

  • Use the download and upload options to back up contacts or migrate them between systems.

  • Assign a team member as a contact administrator to manage consistency across the organization.
