Setting Up Predefined Corrective Actions
As an Account Administrator, go to Settings > App Settings > Deficiency Corrective Actions.
(Optional) Create categories to group corrective actions by program type or action type. This makes it easier to organize and filter corrective actions later.

Adding a Corrective Action Category
Select Manage Corrective Action Categories.
Enter a Name and Description for the category.
Click Save.
Return to Manage Corrective Actions to begin adding corrective actions.
Creating a Corrective Action
Click Add Corrective Action.
Enter the following details:
Title: A short name that will appear in the dropdown list.
Corrective Action: The full description of the corrective step.
Category (if applicable): Assign the action to a category for better organization.
Save the corrective action.
Tip: For short corrective actions, you may copy the text into both the Title and Corrective Action fields. For longer responses, enter the full details only in the Corrective Action field.

Using Predefined Corrective Actions in Reports
When completing a deficiency form:
Select a corrective action from the predefined list.
The chosen Corrective Action Title will automatically populate into the deficiency record.

Notes
Each form can be configured to use its own specific set of corrective actions by assigning categories.
