Auto-Emailing Reports

The Auto-Emailing feature allows you to automatically send reports to selected contacts immediately after publication.

Automated Report Emailing

When completing a report, choose Publish & Email. The system will automatically send the finalized report to your designated recipients.

Getting Started

To enable auto-emailing for a site:

  1. Navigate to the desired site.

  2. Click the Email Settings button in the top right corner.

  3. Toggle the Auto-Email setting to activate it.

Configuring Recipients

  1. In the Email Settings page, select your desired recipients.

  2. If no suitable template exists, create a new one or select from existing templates in the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down and click Save to confirm your setup.

Notes

  • Auto-Emailing must be enabled per site.

  • To update or manage recipients, return to the Email Settings page.

  • Ensure your email templates are configured for consistent communication.
