Automated Report Emailing
When completing a report, choose Publish & Email. The system will automatically send the finalized report to your designated recipients.
Getting Started
To enable auto-emailing for a site:
Navigate to the desired site.
Click the Email Settings button in the top right corner.
Toggle the Auto-Email setting to activate it.

Configuring Recipients
In the Email Settings page, select your desired recipients.
If no suitable template exists, create a new one or select from existing templates in the dropdown menu.
Scroll down and click Save to confirm your setup.

Notes
Auto-Emailing must be enabled per site.
To update or manage recipients, return to the Email Settings page.
Ensure your email templates are configured for consistent communication.
