Viewing a Current Location's Contacts

To view the contacts attached to a specific location select the Locations tab from the dashboard. Select the location you wish to view and that location's details will appear in a pop-up window.

From the location’s pop-up window select the “Contacts” tab to view that location's list of associated contacts.

Adding a Contact to a Location

To add a contact to an existing location select the Locations tab from the dashboard. Select the location you wish to view and that locations details will appear in a pop-up window.

From the location’s pop-up window select the Contacts tab and scroll beneath the list to the Add Contact button. A blank contact form will appear in a pop-up window. Fill out the required fields and select Save.

We highly recommend including the Type of contact by checking all boxes that apply. This way you’ll more easily be able to sort and send communications to contacts based on their role (ie: mailing, owner, onsite, etc.).

Editing a Location's Contact

To edit an existing location’s contact select the Locations tab from the dashboard. Select the location you wish to view and that locations details will appear in a pop-up window.

From the location’s pop-up window select the Contacts tab and select the contact you want to edit. That contact’s information will appear in a pop-up window. Select the green pencil icon from the upper right hand corner to edit the contact information. Select Save when finished.

Removing/Deleting a Contact from a Location

There is the option to remove a contact from a location without deleting that contact from the database, or the option to delete the contact entirely. Once viewing the location details in the pop up window click on the Contacts tab.

Select the contact you would like to remove and their details will appear in a second window. Click the small green pencil icon to enable editing. Scroll to the bottom of the details page and select the small red trash can icon. You will be given the option to either Delete From Location or Delete Contact. Both actions will ask you to confirm. ‘Delete From Location’ will keep it in the system so you can move it to another location. ‘Delete Contact’ will entirely remove the contact from the system.
