Navigating the Locations Tab

The locations section is the list of all the regulated locations stored within SwiftComply Backflow, The list of locations is accessed by going to the “Locations” tab from the dashboard.

Searching for Locations

In the Locations tab, you'll see a table that includes a list of locations.

The list of Locations can be sorted alpha-numerically by any of the values shown within the locations table by clicking the value you wish to sort by (address, name or location ID for example).

If you would like to change the information shown in the locations table select the small gear symbol to the right of the search bar and select the values you would like to appear in your table.

The search bar for Locations searches Name by default, however you can refine your search by clicking the gray arrow in the search bar. This will open a series of searchable boxes. Multiple values can be searched for at the same time within these boxes.

Adding a New Location

From the Dashboard, select Locations and click the green Add Location button once on the Locations Page. A New Location form will appear in a pop-up window.

Complete at least all required details designated with as asterisk (*) and select the

Save button

Viewing/Editing Current Location

From the locations table select the location you wish to view/edit. This will pop up a new window with the locations details.

To edit the details of the selected location select the desired location, and click the small green pencil in the upper right hand corner. When finished editing, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save”

Deleting a Location

To delete a current location, select the location to be deleted from the Location Table.

Once viewing the Location information click the small green pencil or “edit” button

Scroll to the bottom of the location information and select the small red trash can icon.

The system will ask you to confirm:

Viewing a Location's Communications

Once viewing a location's details select the Communications tab on the far right to view any communications that have been sent to the contacts of that location. The communications table will show the notice name, the type of communication, the method of contact, the date it was sent and who received the notification.

To view further details click on a notification within the table and a new window will appear with the notification details. From the notification details page, you are able to Send / Re-Send Notice - for email communications

You are also able to jump to the associated Contact, Location, or Assembly pages by clicking on the links next to Need to make changes?

If there were issues sending communications, the Sent On column will show See Errors. Click into that specific communication to see error details and make changes accordingly.

Inactivating/Reactivating a Location

To deactivate a location, begin with the pencil edit icon at the top right of your screen to reveal option tables at the bottom of your window.

Next, use the "set as Inactive" to mark this location as inactive.

Your location will now be marked with an "Inactive" stamp as shown below.

To view your inactive location, you need to adjust your filter options and uncheck "Active" to locate deactivated locations.

Next, to reactivate a location navigate to the inactive location profile and use the pencil edit icon to enable editing. Next, use the "Reactivate Location" function to make your location active again.
