Requesting Auto Accept Settings

To request Auto Accept to be established and/or request changes, email support@swiftcomply.com or your Account Manager directly. Be sure to state whether you would like to apply Auto Accept to Test Reports and/or Surveys separately. For Example: 

Test Reports

• User Default: “On” for ALL users unless turned off per individual user OR “Off” for ALL unless turned on per individual user.
• Disable if Comments: Yes or No
• Targeting
  • What specific values do you want included or excluded 
  • Example To Exclude: Auto Accept all but exclude Property types zoned as commercial 
  • Example To Include: Auto Accept only Assembly Hazard Level “Low”

Surveys

• User Default: True or False
• Disable if Comments: True or False
• Targeting
  • What specific values do you want included or excluded 
  • Example To Exclude: Auto Accept all but exclude Property types zoned as residential
  • Example To Include: Auto Accept only Assembly Hazard Level “High”

Note: Auto Accept is not retroactive. Ideally this should be requested and implemented before your portal goes into Production. It is still available after going live in production however.
