Updating Auto Accept for Service Provider Companies
Auto Accept Settings can be turned on/off for specific Service Providers. Only Organization Admins are able to modify settings at the User and/or SP level. Auto Accept works as a hierarchy, whereas, all three levels must be enabled in order for auto accept to go through.

Keep in mind that the levels work in order, therefore, the Service Provider must be enabled in order for auto accept to function for a specific User within that Service Provider. Note: If you disable a user, but enable at the Service Provider level, the User will still be blocked. All three levels must be enabled for auto accept to work.
Navigate to the SP details page, click to edit, then scroll to the bottom to view the Auto Accept Settings section.
Click on the dropdown to select form types available and select an option.
A second option box will appear to the right. Select the Enable or Disable option.
Click the “+” Button to add your selection.
Then click the “Save”
