What is Auto Accept?

Auto Accept is an optional additional feature that allows you to have test reports/surveys automatically accepted based on your chosen criteria.

Auto Accept options can be set up to automatically accept a test report/survey based on the criteria preset in your settings. This setting can help reduce the number of test report/survey notifications you receive, resulting in less administrative time accepting test reports/surveys. Auto Accept settings can be set with unique rules for either test reports and/or surveys.

To view your Auto Accept options click on the “Settings” tab, then click the “+” to view Compliance Reports Settings and Rules.

The “Settings” tab houses your Compliance Reports Settings and Rules and your Organization information. Changes to these settings must be requested through SwiftComply.
