Exploring Suppliers in Your Area

Here, you can either search directly for providers if there's a company you're looking for, or you can start by selecting the service group you're interested in.

You can then select a specific service type, and start using filters or sorting options to refine the supplier list.

You are able to filter by 'Location', where you can input a zip code or choose one of your locations, 'Trusted in', meaning you can choose the city where that company is a verified provider, 'Price', 'Experience' (in years), 'Number of hires', and 'Feedback' (rating out of 5 stars).

You can also use the 'Sort by' dropdown menu to sort the list by 'Rating' or 'Price'.

To view more about a specific provider, simply click on the company name to view their profile. Here, you can view details about the company, the services they offer, and read their reviews.

Getting a Quote

You have two options when it comes to receiving quotes. If you find a supplier you'd like to book, you can submit a direct quote request, or if you'd like receive quotes before you compare providers, you can put out a quote request to all suppliers in your area.

Getting a Quote from One Provider

From the supplier list, you can use filters or sorting to find the provider you'd like to work with. Once on their profile, you'll see a list of services offered. Some suppliers will have prices listed, while others may not. Scroll down to Services, hover over the service you'd like to receive a quote for and click Request.

On the service request page, simply follow the prompts with information about the service needed. This will include the service location, preferred date/time, if you want to book a recurring service and preferred payment method.

You will be asked to select which location the service is for and you will be prompted to add equipment information. Though not a required field, we highly recommend including as detailed information as possible to ensure you receive the most accurate quote. You may then add any additional notes you'd like suppliers to see.

To submit the quote only to this specific provider, ensure that the company name is ticked, as opposed to 'Any Supplier', and when you've completed the form, click Send request to <Provider> only.

Requesting a Recurring Service

The option to book recurring services is available and designed to work in conjunction with city mandated service frequencies. Whether you are required to be serviced once every two weeks or once a year, you can preschedule your services so you don't have to think twice about staying compliant!

We also understand that life happens, so these services can be rescheduled or cancelled. If you do choose to cancel a service, there may be a fee attached to that action depending on what your providers policy is.

To set up a recurring service when submitting a quote, just switch on the toggle next to 'I want to receive this service regularly' and adjust the prompted information to fit your needs.
