On the 'My requests' tab in the main navigation bar, you are able to view your orders and requests.

You will also receive email notifications and on-site notifications regarding any activity linked to your profile. Be sure the email used during sign up is one you check regularly!

Navigating Your Requests

Request Statuses

Your requests will be labelled according to the status of the request. These statuses include:

Requested

You have requested a quote.

Negotiating

This could mean that a message needs to be responded to first if you or the service provider has a question.

Quoted

A quote has been provided in response to your request.

Accepted

You have accepted a quote and the service is awaiting completion. The status will show as 'In work'.

Completed

Work has been completed.

Cancelled

The job was cancelled.

Disputed

A dispute was started and reported to SwiftWorks.

Filtering

To filter your requests, use the 'Filter by' section in the top left corner.

Filtering by 'Status' will generate a dropdown menu, where you can choose what request status you'd like to filter by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.

Filtering by 'Location' will also generate a dropdown menus where you can choose which of your locations you'd like to view requests for. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.

Lastly, you can filter by 'Service' which allows you to choose the service type to filter by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.

Searching

To search for specific request IDs or providers, click the magnifying glass in the top right and input the desired search item. Hit the enter key on your keyboard to apply the search filter.

Sorting

To sort orders by 'Last created', 'Last updated' or 'Expiring soon', click 'Sort by' to generate a dropdown menu.

Scheduled Requests

The top section of the 'My Requests' page will show your scheduled requests. To view more details of a scheduled request, click into it.

Once viewing the request, you can see a list of your scheduled orders. To edit the schedule or any details, click Edit schedule & Details.

Here, you can choose to edit the schedule for the same provider, or you can expand the request to all providers. You can also choose the date for the next service and your service frequency. Once you've made any changes, click Save.

To see details of a particular order in the scheduled list, hover over it and click View Order.

Depending on the status of the order, you may be able to leave feedback or repeat the request.

The example below is a completed order.

To leave feedback, click the green Leave feedback button.

To repeat the request to schedule your next service, click Repeat request.

If you click in to leave feedback, you'll then be prompted to rate the service out of 5 stars on various aspects, and you'll be able to provide written feedback too. When finished, click Post review

If you choose to repeat the request, you'll be prompted to confirm this action.

Orders

The section below your scheduled requests shows a list of all your orders.

You'll see a brief summary of the order, and to view more details about a specific order, hover over it and click View Order.

Depending on the status of the order, you may be able to view or leave feedback, or repeat the request.

If you've already given feedback, this will show in the order.

To leave feedback, click the green Leave feedback button. You'll then be prompted to rate the service out of 5 stars on various aspects, and you'll be able to provide written feedback too. When finished, click Post review.

To repeat the request to schedule your next service, click Repeat request. You'll be prompted to confirm this action.
