Viewing & Responding to a Request
To view the details of a request, hover over it and click View Request.
Once viewing the request, you'll be able to see any notes or photos the customer may have uploaded, as well as their preferred payment method.
From here, you can choose to send a quote or message the customer.
Preparing a Quote
Click on Prepare Quote to send a quote to the customer.
You'll be prompted to use a lead credit to prepare a quote. Once you've clicked 'Use - lead credit', fill out the following form, which includes the cost of the service, cancellation cost, and the date and time you are available to complete the service. Once finished, click Send quote.
Once your quote as been submitted, an order number will be generated and the status will change to 'Quoted'. You can then edit or cancel the quote as needed.
Sending a Message
You can send a message to the customer by clicking the Send a message button. This will only send a personal message, not an official quote that can be accepted on the customer end.
Type out your message and click Send message.
Once you've sent a message, this will be reflected in the request - where the 'Send a message' button was before, will be confirmation that you've contacted the customer. You're then able to view your correspondence by clicking the blue 'the details' text as in the image below.
