Exploring & Responding to Job Requests

On the 'Explore Leads' tab in the main navigation bar, you are able to view job requests in your area. From there, you can send quotes and message customers to win work.

Filtering

To filter requests, use the 'Filter by' section in the top left corner.

Filtering by 'Distance' will generate a dropdown menu, where you can choose what radius you would like to filter requests by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.

Filtering by 'Service' will also generate a dropdown menus for you to select the type of service you'd like to filter by. Click Apply to apply the filter, or Reset to reset the filter.

Sorting

To sort orders by 'Last created', 'Last updated', 'Expiring soon' or 'Nearest Location', click 'Sort by' to generate a dropdown menu.

Viewing & Responding to a Request

To view the details of a request, hover over it and click View Request.

Once viewing the request, you'll be able to see any notes or photos the customer may have uploaded, as well as their preferred payment method.

From here, you can choose to send a quote or message the customer.

Preparing a Quote

Click on Prepare Quote to send a quote to the customer.

You'll be prompted to use a lead credit to prepare a quote. Once you've clicked 'Use - lead credit', fill out the following form, which includes the cost of the service, cancellation cost, and the date and time you are available to complete the service. Once finished, click Send quote.

Once your quote as been submitted, an order number will be generated and the status will change to 'Quoted'. You can then edit or cancel the quote as needed.

Sending a Message

You can send a message to the customer by clicking the Send a message button. This will only send a personal message, not an official quote that can be accepted on the customer end.

Type out your message and click Send message.

Once you've sent a message, this will be reflected in the request - where the 'Send a message' button was before, will be confirmation that you've contacted the customer. You're then able to view your correspondence by clicking the blue 'the details' text as in the image below.
