After a job is completed, customers will be prompted to leave a review for various aspects of the job out of 5 stars, and they can also leave comments.

You can see your reviews by clicking into 'My Company'.

Your overall rating will appear under your company name, along with how many reviews have been left.

If you click on the blue text which says X Review, you'll be shown a list of your reviews.
