Your business profile is an important element of your SwiftWorks account. You can choose to make your profile public, and we will promote you to business owners in your area.
To start customizing your profile, click the My Company button at the top right of your header.
You can fill in your company details on your profile page, including your name, address, phone number, service radius, and price range (optional). You can also upload your company logo to make sure customers recognize your business.

General Information
In the 'General Information' section, you can add and edit your company name, contact and business details, service radius, and logo/profile picture.
To update any of these details, simply click Edit next to the desired field, and click Save changes once you're finished.
Note: Adding an accurate service radius will ensure that you see all the current leads in your area.
To add your company logo or a profile picture, click Add Company Logo or profile photo, and you'll be prompted to upload a file from your device.
Your Portfolio
You can use the Portfolio section to showcase your business.
Add your company summary, years in business, staff size, and any photos of your work.
To edit your portfolio, click Add next to the desired field, and make sure to click Save changes when you're finished.
To add photos, click Upload photos of your work, and you'll be prompted to choose a file from your device.

Verification
The Verification section allows our team to make sure businesses listed on SwiftWorks have up-to-date licensing. All that's needed is a selfie with you holding your ID and a photo or scanned copy of your business license.
To upload these documents, click Upload, and you'll be prompted to choose a file from your computer or phone.
Services and Pricing
Here you can choose which services you would like to be listed for your business. To activate a service, click the toggle button so that it turns green. If the service is white, it is turned off or inactive.
Once activated, you can choose to list a starting price or have this information turned off.
To enter or adjust a price, enter the value into the Pricing field and click Save.
To hide the price of a service, click the box next to 'Do not show the price' and click Save.
You can go back and adjust which services you offer at any point by turning them on or off. You can also change the price or hide/make it visible.
Note: The price of a job can be changed at any stage up until the job is closed. Having a base price and negotiating directly with the customer after receiving equipment details will help you win more customers.
Payment Methods
Finally, choose the payment methods you would like to accept when prospects book your services through SwiftWorks.
Switch on the toggle next to 'Check' if you'd like to receive checks from your customers, and be billed by SwiftWorks separately.
Switch on the toggle next to 'Credit Card' if you would like us to charge the customer and deposit the funds directly in your bank account.
We use Stripe to handle payment processing. If you've ever used a food delivery or rideshare app, it's likely that you've used Stripe before! To be able to receive credit card payments, follow the link to complete the Stripe registration.
The link will redirect you to Stripe's sign-up page. Follow the prompts, and when complete, you will be redirected back to your SwiftWorks account.
Making Your Profile Public
At the very top of your profile, to the right of your company name, you'll see a box with a toggle labeled 'Make my profile visible to customers'. If this toggle is white, this option is turned off. To make your profile public, click the toggle so that it is green.
If you haven't completed your profile fully, you'll then be prompted to complete it in a pop-up form. Complete the required fields and click Update profile.
Viewing and sharing your profile
To see what your profile looks like to potential customers, click 'View public profile' in the same box. You can also copy the link and send it to prospects directly over email or text.
