After creating your account, you will be redirected to your profile page to customize your business details. You will also receive a confirmation email with links to contact us should you ever need help.

Adding your first customer

To start submitting compliance reports, you first need to add your customer to the management dashboard. Once your regulator verifies your customer details, you will be able to upload service records.

Customizing your profile

Your business profile is a crucial feature of your SwiftWorks account. You can fill in your company details, including your name, address, phone number, service radius, and price range (optional). You can also upload your company logo to help customers recognize your business.
