Your Public Profile
Updated over a week ago

One feature of your SwiftWorks account is the ability to publicly display the information in the profile you can set up under 'My Company'. To learn more about setting up your company information, refer to the article about Customizing Your Profile.

Setting your profile to public allows potential customers to learn a little more about your business before booking a service via the SwiftWorks Marketplace.

There are three ways public profiles can be viewed by others:

Skip to:

Previewing Your Public Profile

Before setting your profile visible to the public, you may preview it. Navigate to 'My Company' and click View public profile in the upper right box.

SwiftWorks Marketplace Search

Businesses looking for a professional service on SwiftWorks can search for a specific provider or a list of providers in their area.

Searches can be made for a business name and/or the service type (eg. Grease Pump Out, Drain Line Jetting).

Businesses can refine these search results by using the following filters:

Filter

Filter Details

Location

Based on business address zip code and service radius set in General Information

Trusted in

Connection to a regulator's SwiftComply FOG database

Price

Set at the service provider's discretion under Your Services

Experience

Number of years service provider has been in business set in Your Portfolio

Number of hires

Number of services completed through the SwiftWorks marketplace

Feedback

Customer rating from services completed through the SwiftWorks marketplace

If the information from your company matches the search criteria and your profile is visible to customers, then your business will populate in the search results.

To see in more detail how a business can explore providers in their area and submit job requests, head over to the article Customers: Exploring Suppliers & Getting Quotes.

SwiftComply FOG Regulator's Database

Businesses that are enrolled in their local FOG compliance program by their regulator have an online business profile with SwiftComply, where they are able to report their pump outs and view their compliance history.

On this profile, they can also update their provider if they've recently switched, and if they click 'Change provider' in the picture above, they can view a complete list of providers that are approved by their regulator.

If your company has a public SwiftWorks profile, when businesses are viewing that list of approved providers, they can click a 'Contact' button, which will take them to your profile to view.
