If you forget your account password, login to http://city.swiftcomply.com, select ‘Services Providers’ from the two options, and choose ‘Forgot your password?’ from the login screen.

You’ll then be asked to enter your email address to reset the password. Enter it and select ‘Send instructions’.

Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email with a link to ‘Change my password’.

Create a new password to re-access your account.
