1. Check Your Account URL (Instance Key)
The most common login issue is using the wrong URL or Instance Key.
Your CloudCompli login URL looks like this:
[company].compli.cloud
- Replace - [company]with your organization’s name or abbreviation
- You can find this in your original user invitation email 
- Or visit cloudcompli.com > Login and select your instance 
2. Expired Invitation Email
User invitation emails expire after 72 hours. If:
- Your account does not exist 
- Your email isn't recognized 
It’s likely the invitation has expired. Contact your administrator or SwiftComply Support to request a new invitation.
3. Forgot Username or Password
If you’ve forgotten your login credentials:
- Go to your CloudCompli login page 
- Click “Forgot your username or password?” 
- Enter the email address used to create your account 
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive 
If the email is not found, reach out to your account administrator for assistance.
