FSE Permit Layout
As an admin user, you are able to format the layout of FSE permits.
To access these settings, click the cog icon in the top right corner to access Settings. From the menu on the left, select Permits.
This tab allows you to create the layout of FSE permits. The word processing in this section works similarly to other word processing systems.
A list of 'helpers' that you may want to include in the body are shown on the page. For example, using %{permit_establishment_name} will populate the name of the establishment associated with the permit.
You are able to customize fonts, include lists and quotes, and insert hyperlinks. To include a file, such as an image, select the small paperclip icon.
To preview a permit, first select a permit from the dropdown list and select Preview to view the permit. Click Save when finished.

Select Create template to create a new provider permit template.
To edit an existing template, click on the blue template name.
Assign a name for the template (required). It is also recommended to write a short description, and you'll need to select a permit print map from the dropdown menu.

To add a new question, select the blue ‘+’ symbol. To delete a question, select the gray ‘-’ symbol.
