Adding Logos, Headers and Footers

Headers and footers can only be added as images, be sure to use an image or screenshot that covers the width of the page.

Inserting an Image

You can add an image from a saved file by selecting “Insert Image” > Upload> “Drop Image or Click” and selecting the file you need.

Tip: In order to have a consistent image size be sure to save a copy of your image, you can also note the size of the image by selecting “Edit” to see the dimensions.

Copying/Pasting a Communication

When copying the body of your communication, there are a few things to keep in mind. *Please note do not use CTRL + A to copy text*

First, Copy your intended text using CTRL+C > Navigate to your communication > Paste your text using CTRL+V > “Your code is similar to HTML. Keep as HTML?”: “Keep”

Adding Merge Fields

When using Merge Fields, place them just as you would if you were writing

regular communication. To do this highlight the merge field you would like to insert, copy (CTRL + C), and paste (CRTL+P).

Page Breaks

When creating a communication, always use a page break, ##{{BREAK}}, this marker will end the current page ensuring that the correct contents are on the desired page.
