Navigating the Dashboard

Learn how to navigate the SwiftComply dashboard, use widgets, and create custom dashboards.

Who this article is for: Authority Users

Overview

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to SwiftComply as an organization user. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your program through customizable widgets. You can use the default dashboard or create your own custom dashboards tailored to your needs.

To access the dashboard, click Dashboard on the left Navigation panel in SwiftComply.

Understanding Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard uses a widget-based system with three types of widgets:

Widget Type

Description

Chart

Displays data as a bar chart, donut chart, or pie chart. Useful for visualizing compliance rates and distributions.

Table

Shows data in a customizable table with configurable columns. Useful for listing specific records.

Text

Displays a single numeric value or count. Useful for quick metrics like total assemblies or overdue reports.

Using the Default Dashboard

The default dashboard displays system-provided overview widgets that give you a quick summary of your program status. Available chart data sources include:

  • Assembly Compliance Rate

  • Compliance Distribution

  • Incomplete Assemblies

  • And additional report types

πŸ’‘ The default dashboard is a good starting point. Once you are familiar with the data, consider creating custom dashboards focused on the metrics most important to your role.
