1. How to Add a New User
To add a user:
1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner to access Account Settings
2. Go to User Settings > All Users
3. Scroll down and click + ADD USER
4. Enter the new user’s name and email address
5. Choose the appropriate permission role (Access Level)
6. Once added, the user will receive an invitation email to create their credentials.
2. Choosing a User Role
Select the correct Access Level based on the responsibilities the user should have within the platform.
If you’re unsure about roles, check with your account administrator or refer to your team’s internal guidelines.
3. Common Errors and How to Resolve Them
Max user limit reached
→ Contact SwiftComply Support to discuss increasing your user capacity.\
Email already exists
→ Each email can only be used once across all CloudCompli accounts.
Use an alternative email address
