Overview: How to send one time messages to an establishment.
Guidance on how to create a message template can be found in the knowledge base article Notifications.
To send a message using a template, first navigate to the 'Establishments' tab and generate a list of establishments that you would like to receive the notification. Any available search filters can be used to generate the list of establishments (including custom or saved filters).
Once the list has been generated, navigate to Actions and select Send Message. You will be given the option of Send Now or Send Later.
Selecting Send Now will open another pop-up window where you can select which template you would like to use, and you will be asked to specify your specific time zone.
Selecting Send Later will open a pop up window where you can select the template to send, the date you would like the notification to be sent and the time zone the message is being sent from. Select Send Later and the message will send on the previously selected scheduled date and time.
