Overview: How to create note types.
Notes pertaining to specific note types can be left on the Establishment, Contact and Provider profiles.
To create note types, first click the cog icon in the top right to access Settings.
On the menu on the left, click Notes.
Click the green Create note type button to add a new note type.
Enter the name of your note type and click Save.
To edit a note type, click the blue name of the note, make your changes and click Save.
To delete a note type, click the blue name of the note, and click Delete.
To add a note to an establishment, take a look at the knowledge base article Establishment Notes. Adding notes to Contacts and Provider profiles follows the same process.
