Overview: A look at how to use your SwiftComply business profile.
An overview of your business profile is covered in the video below:
The primary function of your business profile is to report pump out documentation. Once added, all pump out documentation will populate directly on the city/regulators database in real time.
From the main screen, at the bottom you will see five tabs containing all data that is in your city/regulator’s database regarding your business. There, you can see details such as your pump out history, your grease control devices, and previous inspection results. To access any of these, tap on one of the tabs.

Adding a Pump Out
As soon as you follow the link to your business profile, you’ll be taken to the main screen where you can add a pump out by tapping the blue Submit report button. On your first visit to your business profile, please upload documentation from your most recent pump out.
If your establishment already has a chosen provider, the service provider name will already be populated under the provider section of the pump out form. If you do not have a previously listed provider, begin typing the name of the service provider that performed the pump out and tap on their name when it appears. If you clean your grease control device yourself, select “Self-Clean”.
Complete the form, and to upload a photo of your service documentation, select Choose file. If you are using your computer, you’ll be able to choose a photo that is saved to your computer or was sent to you in an email from your service provider. If you are using a mobile device, this button will take you directly to the camera where you can take a photo of the service document. Click Save when finished.
Selecting a Service Provider
Service providers have the ability to upload pump out documentation on behalf of their customers. If your service provider is enrolled in SwiftComply, you can ask them to do so. To select your provider, find their name in the list of providers and click the grey Select Provider button to the right of the provider.
If your service provider's name does not come up, that means they are not registered as a provider with SwiftComply and currently do not report pump outs on behalf of their customers. If that is the case, you can request that they enroll and we will contact them with an invitation. To do so, either contact your regulator, or connect with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
