Accessing Your Profile

Once enrolled as a contact for an establishment, you should receive an email to welcome you to your area's compliance program. This email contains the unique link to your online business profile. The primary function of this profile is to report pump out documentation. Once added, all pump out documentation will populate directly on your regulator's database.

Just click the link in the email to access your profile - no login is necessary. We recommend bookmarking your online profile for future access.

If you need help accessing your online profile, you can reach out directly to your regulator, or get in touch with us at hello@swiftcomply.com and let us know your business' name and address.

Adding a Pump Out

When you follow the link to your business profile, you’ll be taken to the main screen where you can add a pump out by clicking the blue 'Submit report' button next to your grease trap. If you have multiple grease traps, you'll need to submit a report for each grease trap.

On your first visit to your business profile, please upload documentation from your most recent pump out.

Once you click 'Submit report', you'll be taken to a form that needs completing. If your establishment already has a chosen provider, the service provider name will automatically populate in the first field, labelled 'Provider'. If you do not have a provider listed, begin typing the name of the service provider that performed the pump out and select their name when it appears.

Complete the form, which includes selecting the device, service date, amount of grease pumped, and other questions depending on your regulator. To upload a photo of your service documentation, click 'Choose file'. If you are using a computer, you’ll be able to choose a saved photo. If you are using a mobile device, this button will take you to the camera, where you can take a photo of the service document.

Selecting a Service Provider

You have the ability to update your service provider on your online profile. Service providers have the ability to upload pump out documentation on behalf of their customers. If your service provider is using SwiftComply, you can ask them to do so. To select your provider, find their name in the list of providers and click the grey 'Select Provider' button to the right of the provider. Click 'See more providers' to see a full list of the approved providers in your area.

If your service provider's name does not come up, that means they are not registered as a provider with SwiftComply and currently do not report pump outs on behalf of their customers. If that is the case, you can request that they enroll and we will contact them with an invitation. To do so, either contact your regulator, or connect with us at hello@swiftcomply.com.

Establishment History

From the main screen, at the bottom you will see tabs containing the data that is in your regulator’s database regarding your business. You may be able to see details such as your pump out history, compliance history, and previous inspection results. To access these, tap on one of the tabs.
